Eligibility

Associate – Corporate & Commercial Advisory

• LL.B. from a recognised university and enrolment with the Bar Council of India
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Companies Act matters and working knowledge of labour, data privacy and IP laws
• Strong communication, analytical and client-management skills

Managing Associate – Banking Litigation

• 3+ years of experience specialising in banking recovery, SARFAESI, IBC and debt recovery litigation
• Prior experience handling bulk matters, working with a bank/NBFC or serving as Standing Counsel
• Substantial exposure to banking disputes
• Experience before civil courts, including Section 138 matters, DRT/DRAT, High Courts and other recovery forums
• Strong litigation, drafting, client-management and matter-management skills
• Ability to handle high-volume assignments

Senior Associate – Litigation & Dispute Resolution

• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial and securities litigation
• Prior appearance before SAT, Bombay High Court, NCLT, Trial Courts and/or Consumer Forums is preferred

Responsibilities

Associate – Corporate & Commercial Advisory

• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, employment, technology/SaaS agreements, term sheets, LOIs and other commercial contracts
• Advise on Companies Act matters, corporate governance, ESOPs and related compliance
• Support M&A, fundraising, restructuring and legal due diligence
• Prepare legal research, opinions and client advisories
• Work directly with clients and provide practical, commercially focused legal solutions

Managing Associate – Banking Litigation

• Lead and manage banking recovery and litigation proceedings before courts and tribunals across India
• Handle Section 138 matters and track bulk notices
• Advise banks, NBFCs, insolvency professionals and corporates on SARFAESI, IBC and debt recovery matters
• Handle matters before DRT/DRAT, High Courts, civil courts and other relevant forums
• Manage client communication, reporting, tracking and high-volume case pipelines
• Coordinate with advocates and internal teams for efficient and timely execution of matters

Senior Associate – Litigation & Dispute Resolution

• Draft petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, written submissions and other pleadings
• Brief Senior Counsel and assist with strategic case planning
• Maintain direct client relationships and provide regular updates
• Supervise junior team members
• Appear and represent clients before various courts and tribunals
