Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, Leave and License agreements, lease deeds, and other contractual documents related to the GMR Interchange Project.
• Apply a risk mitigation approach while drafting and reviewing agreements, lease deeds, and other contractual documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of drafts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, Leave and License agreements, lease deeds, EPC contracts, and other contractual documents related to Co-living, Senior Living, Hospitality District projects, upcoming hotels, and hospital projects.
• Liaise with and facilitate registration of lease deeds before different Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs).
• Maintain cordial relationships with jurisdictional SRO offices.
• Arrange authorisation letters for internal signatories.
• Periodically review and standardise agreements and lease deeds.
• Review base drafts periodically and improve them to mitigate organisational risks and incorporate newly notified compliances and rules under different Acts.
• Take charge of the Centralized Document Management System (CDMS).
• Prepare SOPs for CDMS.
• Conduct meetings with cross-functional departments and create awareness about CDMS.
• Collect, review, and store executed and/or registered agreements and lease deeds.
• Act as custodian of documentation for ALD-Hyderabad.

• Courts.
