Eligibility
- 3-5 yr PQE
- Qualifications: LL.B./LL.M.
- The candidate must be proficient in handling drafting and research work
- The candidate must be able to work both independently and as a team member.
Responsibilities
Commercial and Civil Litigation before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT/ NCLAT, Electricity Commissions/ APTEL and Arbitration Tribunals/ Commercial Courts.
