Eligibility
Lawyer with 1-2 years’ experience ( Commercial Litigation & Arbitration)
Responsibilities
- Drafting of Appeals, Petitions, Written Statements, Claims, Legal Notices, etc.
- Appearing before HC, NCLAT, NCLT, DRT and District Courts.
- Legal Research.
