About the Job

They are seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic corporate legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Eligibility

• A law degree from an BCI accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate law
• Strong understanding of corporate legal principles and procedures
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Providing legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Representing clients in meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings as necessary.
• Collaborating with colleagues on complex legal issues.
