- Junior Patent Associate – 1–2 years of experience.
- Patent Associate – 2–4 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patent searches.
- Undertake prior-art analysis.
- Draft patents.
- Handle patent prosecution activities.
- Work across technology-driven domains.
- Undertake FER analysis.
- Assist with claim amendments and prosecution-related matters.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of experience for the Junior Patent Associate position.
- 2–4 years of experience for the Patent Associate position.
- Relevant technical qualifications are preferred.
- Prior patent experience is preferred.
- Experience in FER analysis is an added advantage.
- Experience with claim amendments and patent prosecution is an added advantage.
