The role is suited for a legal professional with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in a dedicated Real Estate practice, with proven expertise in real estate transactions, land due diligence, documentation, and financing matters.
Eligibility
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in a dedicated Real Estate practice.
- Proven expertise in conducting land due diligence.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating JDAs, Sale Deeds, Commercial/Retail Leases, Title Search Reports, and Mortgage Documents.
- Experience in handling real estate financing documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land due diligence.
- Draft and negotiate Joint Development Agreements (JDAs).
- Draft and negotiate Sale Deeds.
- Draft and negotiate Commercial and Retail Leases.
- Prepare Title Search Reports.
- Draft and negotiate Mortgage Documents.
- Handle real estate financing documentation.
