About the Job

Mimansa Law Offices is seeking a serious, committed, and self-motivated individual to join the Dispute Resolution segment.

Mimansa Law Offices, within its Dispute Resolution segment, handles all types of commercial, civil, and domestic arbitration cases before the original jurisdiction of District, High Court, and ad-hoc and institutional arbitral tribunals.

Eligibility

• They expect the applicant to have at least three years of active experience in handling the mentioned work, including drafting, case preparation, appearances, and managing cases with them from start to finish.
• Prior drafting experience (Please include your drafting experience in your resume)
• Prior appearances before the Original Jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals (Please share the Order sheets that should reflect your effective assistance to the Courts).

Salary

₹40,000/month
