Eligibility
- LL.B. degree (enrollment with Bar Council of Delhi)
- Strong interest in litigation and court practice
- Good drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior litigation experience is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
- Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
- Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
- Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
- Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
- Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
