Core Sync is Hiring | Associate – General Corporate & Litigation (Mumbai)
Eligibility
Core Sync is looking to onboard a dynamic Associate (1–2 years PQE) to join our practice with exposure to both general corporate and litigation .
Males preferred
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and assist in court proceedings
- Conduct legal research and manage litigation matters across forums
- Draft and review commercial contracts (NDAs, service agreements, etc.)
- Support on corporate advisory, due diligence, and day-to-day client queries
