Lex Pyramid is inviting applications for the position of Associate (Litigation) at its office in Bengali Market, New Delhi.
Position
Associate – Criminal Litigation
Eligibility
1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Practice Area
Criminal Law & White-Collar Crime
Eligibility
- Enrolled with the Bar Council
- Strong drafting and research skills
- Practical exposure to criminal litigation preferred
- Ability to independently handle court appearances
- Professional work ethic and adherence to timelines
Responsibilities
- Drafting complaints, bail applications, petitions, written submissions, and legal notices
- Regular appearances before Trial Courts, Sessions Courts, and other forums
- Conducting legal research and assisting in case strategy development
- Attending client conferences and briefings
- Coordinating with court staff and registry
Probation Period
A 15-day probation period will apply to assess drafting skills, court conduct, research ability, and overall professional suitability.
Remuneration
Competitive and commensurate with experience (to be discussed during the interview).
