About the Job
KNG TechLaw is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate with 1+ year of experience in general corporate law.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general corporate matters
- Strong proficiency in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Conducting legal research and preparing advisory notes
- Assisting in corporate compliance and client advisory matters
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams.
