About the Job
Fox Mandal & Associates LLP is hiring an Associate for its Intellectual Property Team in New Delhi. The role is intended for qualified IP lawyers with experience in trademark, copyright, and design-related matters, including advisory, prosecution, enforcement, and drafting work.
Eligibility
Candidates applying for the role should have:
- An LL.B. or LL.M. degree
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience in trademark, copyright, and design-related matters
- Experience in advisory, prosecution, enforcement, and drafting work
Prior exposure to client interactions and management of IP portfolios will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handling trademark, copyright, and design-related matters
- Assisting in advisory and prosecution work
- Managing enforcement and drafting assignments
- Coordinating with clients and assisting in IP portfolio management
