Eligibility

• They are looking for candidates interested in legal recruitment and who have good communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
• They encourage freshers and final-year law students to apply. While a background in law is not a prerequisite, it is an added tool.

Responsibilities

Recruiters are expected to do high-level searches for open positions. You must gain an understanding of the client’s requirements (law firms and corporations) to assist with the search. Conducting a search requires using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to online searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Leopard, job postings, internal database searches, law schools, referrals, and third-party search firms.
