About the Job
DS Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate Lawyer with approximately 2 years of experience to join its practice in Chennai, preferably by October 2026.
Eligibility
Candidates should have hands-on experience in:
- Trademark searches, filings, and prosecution.
- Drafting and handling trademark oppositions and counter-statements.
- Appearing before or coordinating with the Trade Marks Registry.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Conducting legal research and managing matters independently.
The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of assignments.
