About the Job
KS Legal is hiring legal professionals with hands-on experience in banking and finance transactions, particularly in drafting and reviewing financing and credit documentation for banks and financial institutions.
The role involves working extensively on lender-side transactions across banking and NBFC portfolios.
Eligibility
- Strong drafting and document review skills
- Prior exposure to lender-side banking and finance transactions
- High attention to detail and commercial understanding
- Experience in property due diligence and title verification will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be involved in:
- Drafting and reviewing loan documentation for banks and financial institutions
- Working on facility agreements, security creation, guarantees, mortgages, and hypothecation documents
- Handling transaction documentation across banking and NBFC portfolios
- Drafting and reviewing related financing and credit documents
- (Preferred) Preparing and reviewing title reports
- (Preferred) Conducting property due diligence
