- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in drafting pleadings and legal documents.
- Prior experience with court appearances.
Responsibilities
The role will involve litigation work, including drafting:
- Suits.
- Written Statements.
- Petitions.
- Writs.
- Arbitration pleadings.
- Other legal documents.
The Associate will also handle matters relating to civil, commercial, and contractual disputes, property and partition matters, arbitration, and proceedings before NCLT and NCLAT.
