About the Job

The Chamber of Rahul Kumar Mishra, Advocate is seeking talented Associates to join their team in Patiala House Courts & Delhi High Courts.

Eligibility

• Any law degree from a recognized university.
• 0-3 years of experience in legal practice, with exposure to litigation and court proceedings.
• Strong knowledge of Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Law and Consumer Law.
• Excellent legal drafting and research skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and represent them effectively.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting legal documents, including petitions, replies, appeals, agreements and notices.
• Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and recent legal developments to support ongoing cases.
• Represent clients in courts, tribunals and regulatory bodies, including district courts and High Courts.
• Handle client interactions, including consultations, advising on legal matters and keeping them updates on case progress.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, court procedure and ethical standards.
• Manage case files. Maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as required.

Salary

As Per Industry Standards (Rs 10,000-35,000)
