The Bombay High Court is inviting online applications for the post of Associate on the Original Side, Principal Seat at Mumbai. A select list of 27 candidates and a waitlist of 7 candidates will be prepared, valid for 2 years.

Eligibility

Knowledge of Marathi language

Law degree from a recognised university

For Advocates: Minimum 5 years of practice before Bombay High Court or subordinate courts

Age:

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 38 years (Open), 43 years (Reserved)
• Computer proficiency required

Preference:

English shorthand (80 w.p.m.) & typing (35 w.p.m.)

• Minimum qualifying marks: 50
