Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable institution.
• 1-2 years of demonstrable experience in litigation and court proceedings.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, petitions, and pleadings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandatory Bar Council of India registration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee litigation matters from initiation to resolution.
• Draft a wide array of legal documents, including petitions and pleadings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide insightful advice to clients.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to support case management and strategy development.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
