Eligibility
- 1–3 years of litigation experience.
- Regular appearance before District Courts and Tribunals.
- Experience in Matrimonial, Consumer, and Negotiable Instruments (NI) Act matters.
- Exposure to cross-examinations.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage court matters.
Responsibilities
- Appear before courts and manage litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and other legal documents.
- Assist in hearings, evidence, and trial proceedings.
- Coordinate with clients and manage case-related communications.
