Eligibility
- 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- LL.B. degree from a 3-year or 5-year programme, or LL.M.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of any State.
- Proficiency in English drafting.
- Strong legal research skills.
- Knowledge of Gujarati is not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings and other legal documents.
- Assist during court and tribunal hearings.
- Coordinate with clients and counsel.
- Conduct legal research.
- Handle matters relating to Commercial, Corporate and Civil Litigation.
- Assist with Admiralty, Arbitration, IPR, and allied legal matters.
- Handle matters and portfolios of corporate clients.
