About the Opportunity

Boost IP – Advocates & Attorneys is hiring an Associate Advocate.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Enrolled Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi (mandatory).
• 3–4 years of experience in Intellectual Property Litigation (Trademark, Copyright, Patent, Design).
• Strong knowledge of IP laws, procedures, and enforcement mechanisms.
• Excellent drafting, legal research, and advocacy skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle and assist in litigation matters before the Delhi High Court and District Courts.
• Prepare, draft, and review pleadings, notices, and legal documents related to IP cases.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, written submissions, and evidence documents.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and authorities in IP matters.
• Liaise with clients, investigators, and counsels for case coordination and execution.
• Contribute to IP enforcement actions and advisory assignments.
• Work in close collaboration with senior advocates and partners to ensure high-quality client service and compliance with firm standards.
