Eligibility

Degree Level LLB 

Responsibilities

1. Litigation Management

• Handle and manage cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (Cheque Bounce cases).
• Manage recovery suits filed for outstanding balances and dues.
• Handle Motor Vehicle related cases (MVCA) including accident claims and related proceedings.
• Manage labour law cases including disputes, claims, and compliance matters.
• Handle consumer complaints and litigation before appropriate forums.
• Coordinate with external advocates, prepare case briefs, and track case progress.
• Ensure timely filings, hearings, and compliance with court procedures.

2. Recovery & Legal Actions

• Initiate and monitor legal proceedings for recovery of overdue amounts.
• Draft and issue legal notices, demand notices, and recovery-related correspondence.
• Assist in negotiations, settlements, and dispute resolution.
