About the Job
OneJuris is hiring Trademark Paralegal.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in trademark prosecution preferred
- Familiarity with TM procedures and filings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- 1+ years of experience in Legal
Responsibilities
- Preparing and filing trademark applications
- Managing docketing and deadlines and Attention to Detail
- Conducting preliminary trademark searches
- Assisting with office action responses and renewals
- Supporting client communication and portfolio management
Mode
This is a remote-friendly role with flexible working arrangements..
