Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority invites online applications for the post of Assistant Legal Officer. This is a government opportunity for legal professionals with experience in litigation and legal advisory work.
Eligibility
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized university under UGC
Experience:
- Practical experience as an advocate in the High Court, City Civil Court, or any subordinate court for at least 3 years; OR
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling legal matters in the Legal Department of State Government / Semi-Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Corporations
Skills Required:
- Experience in drafting, MoUs, conveyance
- Litigation work and legal advisory
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
