Eligibility
Assistant Law Officer
- Officers of Central/State Government/UT/Recognized Research Institutes/Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Bodies/PSUs:
- Holding analogous posts on regular basis OR
- Minimum 5 years of regular service in Level 6 (₹35,400–1,12,400)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution
- Minimum 4 years of experience as:
- Legal practitioner, or
- Handling legal work in Government/PSUs/Autonomous/Statutory bodies
Legal Assistant
- Officers of Central/State Government/UT/Recognized Research Institutes/Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Bodies/PSUs:
- Holding analogous posts on regular basis OR
- Minimum 3 years of regular service in Level 6 (₹35,400–1,12,400)
- Degree in Law from a recognized university
