About the Job

EY is hiring for the role of Law – RRM – Advanced Analyst in Bengaluru. This position involves working as a Regulatory Research & Monitoring professional, supporting compliance projects and gaining exposure to global regulatory frameworks.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law
• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Excellent legal research, writing, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
• High attention to detail
• Professional proficiency in English (grammar, style, and drafting)
• Ability to identify and interpret relevant statutes and regulations
• Ability to follow structured research methodologies
• Working knowledge of legal databases (e.g., Westlaw or similar)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and present findings in structured formats
• Interpret statutes, regulations, and case law
• Work on compliance projects across multiple jurisdictions
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of client assignments
• Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development programs
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when required
