Name of the Post: Asset Recovery Executive

Eligibility

• Candidate should have a degree in LL.B. (Either five years integrated course or three years course) from a reputed university.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring collection targets assigned basis product asset flag.
• Handling all cases filed by Bank. Duly represented by Advocates with adequate inputs of Asset recovery executives.
• Ensure daily customer visits to build rapport, negotiate settlements, and recover outstanding dues. Settlement Proposals are to be sent to SLC immediately for review and further action.
• Latest updates on market is to be shared by AR executives to SLC’s daily basis.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions, visits, and recovery efforts.
• Judgements and Citations relevant are duly updated as an ongoing activity.
• Regulator/ Ombudsman CRM Sr Management complaints are ensured appropriate response with TAT.
• Litigations Stocks are followed up in Courts Consumer Forums for Resolution on daily basis.
• Advocates payments and cases allocations are initiated as and when received.
