About the Opportunity

SINHA & CO is hiring a Legal Assistant.

Eligibility

• Tech Savvy.
• Competent in English.
• Canadian NCA candidate( optional)

Firm Overview

• Real Estate: Representing buyers and sellers of homes and commercial properties
• Criminal Defense: Assault and related charges
• Family Law: Divorce, conferences, motions, trials, financial statements

Responsibilities

Real Estate
– Client Intake
– Process Agreement to Purchase & Sale
– Create mortgage and closing documents
– Reply to other counsel
– Use web tools to complete files (approx. 2 hours per file)
– Training will be provided

Criminal Defense
– Review disclosure and take notes
– Provide iterative updates of the notes
– Book meetings with Crown and Judicial (web links provided)
– Training will be provided

Family Law
– Complete family law forms
– Conduct client intake
– Reply to client inquiries
– Training will be provided

Salary

• Input firm revenue, expenses, and client billing weekly using accounting tools Shifts & Compensation
• Two positions available: Day Shift and Night Shift
• Day Shift: INR 15,000 + Incentives
• Night Shift: INR 20,000 + Incentives
