About the Job
AG & Associates is looking to hire an Advocate based in Jaipur or Rajasthan. The selected candidate will handle legal and consultancy-related work and will be deputed as a Legal Officer on behalf of the firm.
The role involves legal and case management, coordination with advocates, compliance-related responsibilities, and acting as a coordinator between the company and the employer firm.
Eligibility
- Candidates must be residents of Jaipur or elsewhere in Rajasthan.
- Applicants should have 3–4 years of in-house experience along with litigation experience.
- Candidates should have a good command of English and Hindi.
- Applicants should indicate their willingness to travel nearby or to surrounding areas for 2–5 days.
Responsibilities
- Handle legal and consultancy-related work.
- Work as a Legal Officer on behalf of the firm.
- Coordinate with all engaged advocates.
- Handle legal and case management.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with court orders and legal documents.
- Conduct daily follow-ups on case status.
- Maintain legal records, case trackers, and legal reports.
- Act as a coordinator between the company and the employer firm.
