About the FDP
The College is organizing a 7-Day National Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on the theme “Contemporary Pedagogical Innovations & Research Methodologies.” The programme is designed to equip educators and researchers with modern teaching strategies and advanced research skills, bridging the gap between traditional educational practices and the demands of the 21st-century digital era. It covers three broad areas:

- Research Methodologies – statistical & qualitative tools (SPSS, NVivo, R), research design, publication ethics, and academic writing

The programme is conducted in Hybrid Mode (Online via Google Meet and Offline at the College Campus).

Duration
7 Days — from 25th September 2026 to 1st October 2026.
Daily sessions from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Session 1: 2:00–3:30 PM; Session 2: 3:30–5:00 PM).
