Through the conceptualization and organization of premier national and international moot court competitions, the MCC provides emerging legal minds with a rigorous platform to refine their courtroom etiquette and engage with complex questions of law.

About The Opportunity
The Moot Court Committee, UPES School of Law, in collaboration with Surana & Surana International Attorneys, presents the IX Surana & Surana and UPES School of Law, Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition, 2026. Established as a premier forum for advocacy in corporate restructuring and insolvency jurisprudence, the competition offers a rigorous platform for emerging legal minds across India.

Eligibility
The competition is open to all bona fide students currently pursuing a 3-Year or 5-Year LL.B. degree program from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India
Registration Fee
- Fee: INR 4,000 (per team).
- The entire registration fee must be remitted in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Official Brochure by the deadline.
Prizes
Merit certificates, trophies, and cash prizes will be awarded to the Winners, Runners-up, Best Memorial, Best Speaker, and Best Researcher (detailed prize distribution is available in the Official Brochure).

- Institutions must complete provisional registration via the official registration form accessible through the Linktree portal.
- Final registration and payment must be completed strictly within the stipulated deadlines in compliance with the Official Brochure.
