About the Organizer

CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, is built on a rich legacy of educational excellence and social reform. The School of Law offers programs that incorporate special opportunities like internships, clinical programs, and supervised research.

The Corporate Law and IPR Committee is a student-led initiative driven by a shared passion for corporate and intellectual property law. The committee regularly organizes competitions and workshops to help students develop confidence and essential skills such as drafting and research.

About the Competition

The 3rd National MOA and AOA Drafting Competition is uniquely designed to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and practical application of corporate law. Drafting the Memorandum and Articles of Association is a foundational skill for every aspiring corporate lawyer. This competition provides a platform for students across the country to engage deeply with corporate governance structures while honing their drafting expertise.

Eligibility

The competition is open to law students across the country looking to refine their corporate drafting skills.

Prizes

• 1st Prize: ₹6000 + Trophy + Certificate of Appreciation
• 2nd Prize: ₹4000 + Trophy + Certificate of Appreciation
• 3rd Prize: ₹2000 + Certificate of Appreciation

• Registration Deadline: May 3, 2026
• Submission Deadline: May 5, 2026
• Declaration of Results & Valedictory Ceremony: May 9, 2026

Registration Details & Fee

• Individual Registration: ₹350
• Team of Two: ₹500
• Payment Portal: Fees must be paid exclusively through the CHRIST University web payment portal (Under: Events/Fests). Payment link is in the form Itself.
• Teams must upload the payment invoice screenshot in the registration form.
• Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
