About Raffles University
Raffles University Neemrana, established by an Act of Rajasthan State Legislature, as per Section 2(f) of UGC Act 1956, is a multi-disciplinary University providing world class education through its various schools. Raffles University situated in NCR at Neemrana, on Delhi-Jaipur National Highway No. 48, is just 90 Kms away from Delhi International Airport and is also connected by a six-lane express way and by railway line at Rewari Junction. The distance from Jaipur is 140 Kms.
About the Competition
The University is privileged to announce the organization of the 10th Edition of our flagship event, C.L. AGRAWAL MEMORIAL NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION,
2026. This competition is being organized in collaboration with ‘ Rajasthan Education Trust’, a public charitable trust based out of Jaipur. The trust is chaired by Hon’ble Justice S. C. Agrawal, Former Justice, Supreme Court of India. Being inspired by the works of Late Shri. C.L. Agrawal and his contribution to the field of Law, Education and Philanthropy, Hon’ble Justice V.S. Dave who had the privilege of close association with the Late Shri C.L. Agrawal, became mentor and source of assertive and effective motivation and guidance to the organizers (School of Law, Raffles University) in conducting this prestigious Moot Court Competition.
The fraternity of School of Law, Raffles University, is also fortunate to have Hon’ble Dr. Justice Meena V. Gomber, former Judge, Rajasthan High Court, as our Chief Patron and Chairperson of the Gomber Education Foundation. The Competition is aimed at providing exposure to the students reading law at various law colleges to the environment of actual Court- Room system in India and to hone their advocacy skills. The Competition will also provide them with an opportunity and a real-life experience cum training in doing cutting edge research, presenting exceptional arguments and contributing to the development of jurisprudence in concerned areas of law.
Eligibility & Team Composition
Each team shall comprise of three (3) members out of which two (2) will be speakers and one (1) researcher. An observer is allowed to be brought to the competition with a condition that he/ she shall not intervene in any proceedings.
The competition is open for bonafide students pursuing 5 Years and 3 Years Law programs in India.
Each team shall be provided with the TEAM CODE. Team should not disclose the identity of their institution in course of proceedings in the court rooms; such disclosure shall invite penalties including disqualification.
Registration Process & Fee
The teams are requested to send an e-copy of the Registration Form to [email protected] on or before 25-02-2026. A registration fee (Non- Refundable) of Rs. 4500 /- (Rupees Four Thousand and Five Hundred Only) is to be paid by way of Online Money Transfer / UPI / Paytm / Google in favour of Raffles University. The charges for observer will be Rs. 800/- (Eight Hundred only) per day. Payment to be done by online mode. Details are as follows

No change in the names of the participants shall be permitted after the receipt of the Registration Form, except at the sole discretion of the Organizers.
d. Teams should clearly mention the participants name including year/ semester of study.

- Rs. 21,000/- Cash Prize and Trophy to the Winner.
- Rs. 11,000/- Cash Prize and Trophy to the Runner up.
- Rs. 5,100/- Cash Prize and Trophy to the Best Student Advocate.
- Rs. 5,100/- Cash Prize and Trophy for the Best Memorial.
