About the Winter Research Internship Programme 2025 by CARCIL, CNLU Patna

The Centre for Advanced Research on Corporate and Insolvency Laws (CARCIL) invites applications for its Winter Research Internship Programme 2025. The internship offers an opportunity for law students and young researchers to engage in advanced study, research, and writing on topics relating to corporate and insolvency law, under the academic supervision of the Centre.

Programme Details

• Last Date for Application: 12th November 2025
• Batch I: 15th November – 14th December 2025 (4 weeks)
• Batch II: 20th December 2025 – 19th January 2026 (4 weeks)

Eligibility & Selection

• Open to undergraduate/postgraduate law students and early-stage researchers with a demonstrated interest in corporate or insolvency laws.
• Only 6 candidates per batch will be selected based on merit and quality of research work.

Incentives

• No monetary stipend will be provided.
• Successful completion of the internship will entitle participants to:
  • A Certificate of Completion from CARCIL; and
  • Due credit for research contribution in CARCIL publications and reports;
  • Preferential access and discounted participation in future CARCIL academic programmes and workshops.
