Eligibility and Experience
Experience Required :
0.00 to 4.00 years
Essential Qualification:
CA or LLB from a known Law School with strong academic track record.
Very good English (can converse with fluency – very important requirement), academic background, good personality
Experience: 0-4 years in Indirect tax in the field of litigation or advisory.
Roles and Responsibilities
Job Profile:
i. In-depth research and analysis of legal provisions.
ii. Drafting of advises, opinions and compliance reports
iii. Preparation of Power Point presentations for client meetings, trainings, seminars etc.
iv. Analysis of client data for estimating tax impact on business transactions
v. Scenario building for identifying most tax efficient business model
vi. Contributing in the form of articles, monographs, etc
