About the opportunity

The firm is hiring for the following roles in Bangalore. Below are fairly specific experience requirements – pls write in only if you fit the bill.

There are openings in our Mumbai office’s corporate, life sciences and energy teams – as well. We will release that shortly.

Senior Associate, TMT: focus on health-tech. A minimum of 5 years of tech or life sciences (regulatory) experience.

Senior Associate, TMT: focus on e-commerce, ed-tech and SaaS. A minimum of 5 years of tech / regulatory experience.

Senior Associate – Counsel, Disputes: focus on TMT, Data and IP disputes. Between 5-10 years of experience in the disputes practice of a law firm or with a well-regarded litigator based in Bangalore. Ability to manage economic offences would be appreciated.

Associate, IP: Between 3-7 years of experience in Commercial IP or IP Disputes or a mix of both.

Associate, Venture Capital (tech): Between 3-4 years of transactional experience. A mix of M&A / PE / VC / General Corporate would be appreciated. The practice focusses on TMT / Fintech / Blockchain deals.

Associate, TMT: between 2-4 years of experience in TMT in a law firm.
