Eligibility and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience in a legal advisory role of land and town planning-related legal matters such as land acquisition act, land revenue Code, MRTP Act, Town Planning Scheme etc. Should also have experience in dealing with contract management for PPP and EPC projects.
