Hiring for Legal Executive Role.
Eligibility
- Experience: 2 to 7 years
- Notice Period: immediate to 15 days
- Must have working experience in IT industry as a legal executive.
- Experience in handling internal calls for any queries/clarifications in relation to Solutions Statement Of Work (SOW) and Contracts.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing of agreements like : Statement Of Work (SOW), Work Order, Master Services Agreements (MSA), Sub Contractor Agreements, Partner Agreements, Referral Agreements, License Reseller Agreements, Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Request for Proposal, Vendor Agreements, Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) and other agreements.
