About the Job

Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys, an IP Boutique firm located in Noida, is looking for Docketing Clerk, with up to 1 year PQE.

Eligibility and Experience

1 year PQE. A bachelor’s degree in any stream is a must and a computer course in MS Office is preferable.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream.
Computer Course in MS Office.

Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should be able to handle day-to-day docketing, should have experience in all aspects of trademark law. Experience with handling docketing for prosecution, opposition, cancellations, copyright, design, etc. 

Role Demands

The candidate must also have proficient knowledge of English and Hindi and good communication skills.  The candidate must also have a good attitude towards work and the willingness to prosper in a fast-paced work environment.
