About Amir Bavani

I bring a sound background in disputes resolution mechanism especially concerning the aspects of Companies Act and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

Eligibility
- Atleast one year of experience, preferably in Insolvency and Bankruptcy regime.
- The candidate must have experience in drafting court pleadings.
