India Law is looking for right candidate with 2 – 3 years of experience Arbitration Litigation Associate for our Mumbai Office.

Eligibility and Experience

2 – 3 years of experience

Qualification: LLB

Roles and Responsibilities

Job profile: 
* Drafting pleadings, Replies, Evidence & other legal documents for all matters.
* Legal Research on latest Judgement
* Client Coordination & Legal Opinion
* Attend court hearings, Arbitration proceedings
* Process Billing
* Advising Clients on status of matters
* Responsible for all Arbitration proceedings and documents including statements of claim, notes of arguments and affidavits.
