Eligibility

• A minimum of 2 year of experience in U.S. immigration law, specifically in visa filings.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes and USCIS regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and immigration case management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file a variety of visa petitions, including every type of Visas
• Assist attorneys with gathering and organizing supporting documentation for visa applications.
• Conduct initial case assessments and provide clients with updates on their case status.
• Ensure all filings comply with USCIS regulations and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the case management system.
• Communicate with clients regarding required documentation and case progress.
• Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, motions, and other related documents as needed.
