About the Job
Akash P Shah & Co., is looking for an experienced Junior associate for the litigation as well as Non-litigation segment.
The firm actively represents clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings before various forums such as the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Co-operative Court, RERA & NCLT and all Magistrate Courts in criminal matters.
The firm is also actively involved in drafting agreements, and contracts as well in Real Estate Conveyancing.
Eligibility
A candidate must be well versed in English and Marathi language and shall be having good skills of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Salary
Depending on the scope of work and experience.

Office Located at Fort & Dadar
