About the Job
Applications are invited for the position of Transactional Attorney for a secondment-based role involving work in the TMT (Media & Entertainment) sector. The role is suitable for candidates with relevant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements within the media and entertainment industry.
Eligibility
- 4–5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in drafting commercial agreements, including brand endorsement, production-related, and OTT content/platform agreements
- Ability to independently lead negotiation calls and drive deal closures
Compensation
₹65,000 – ₹80,000 per month
