About the Opportunity
AI Legal Partners is hiring a Trainee Associate – Corporate Law.
Eligibility
- AI Legal Partners is seeking candidates who demonstrate a strong foundation in corporate law with prior practical exposure through internships or work experience in any of the following areas:
- Core Competencies:
- Contract drafting, negotiation, and review (including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, shareholder agreements, and partnership deeds)
- Company incorporation, board governance, and ongoing compliance under the Companies Act, 2013
- Legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investment transactions
- Private equity, venture capital, and startup legal advisory
- Commercial and intellectual property matters
Preferred Knowledge Areas:
- Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and FDI regulations
- SEBI guidelines and securities law
- Legal research, memoranda drafting, and opinion writing
- Regulatory filings and corporate secretarial practice
