TLH Advises Arete Institute on Sale of 250-Bed Hyderabad Hospital to Aurevia Hospitals
TLH, Advocates & Solicitors represented Arete Institute of Medical Sciences Private Limited in the divestment of its 250-bed multispecialty hospital business in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, to Aurevia Hospitals Private Limited (formerly Golden Lan Solution Private Limited), by way of a Business Transfer Agreement executed on 03 July 2026.
The hospital will be operated by Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS) under a five-year Operations and Management Agreement. The transaction marks the transition of a leading tertiary-care facility in Hyderabad to a new ownership and operating structure.
