About Vishwakarma University, Pune

Vishwakarma University, Pune (VU) is a UGC-approved State Private University established in 2017 under a Maharashtra Government Act. Built upon the Vishwakarma Group of Institutions’ educational legacy of over 35 years, the University offers multidisciplinary programs across Law, Science, Technology, Management, Humanities, Design, and Arts.

The School of Law and Governance at Vishwakarma University, established in 2018 and approved by the Bar Council of India, follows the pedagogy of “Learning by Doing” and actively promotes advocacy, research, and practical legal training through moots, debates, legal aid initiatives, and research activities. The Moot Court Competition is organised under the aegis of the Faculty of Law and the Moot Court Society, Vishwakarma University.

About the Event

The Shri Rajkumar Agarwal Moot Court Competition, 2026 aims to provide students with an immersive experience of appellate court proceedings through rigorous legal research, memorial drafting, and oral advocacy. The competition focuses on contemporary legal issues and promotes ethical lawyering, analytical reasoning, and advocacy skills.

• Teams must register through the official Google Form.
• Registration fee must be paid through the Vishwakarma University event portal.
• Upon successful registration, teams will be allotted a Team Code, which must be used for all correspondence and submissions.
• Memorials must be submitted in both soft and hard copies as per the schedule mentioned in the brochure.
