About the Job

They are hiring a to join Senior Research Associate the Competition Law and Policy team at The Dialogue! The person will work on cutting-edge issues at the intersection of competition law, competition economics, and emerging technologies, including AI and digital markets.

Eligibility

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of PQE in competition law or policy at a think tank, research organisation, or law/consulting firm.
• Qualifications: Graduate degree in law, economics, public policy, or related fields. A post-graduate degree is desirable, but not mandatory.
• Proven research and writing experience—across papers, briefs, op-eds, blogs.
• Ability to conduct in-depth primary and secondary research.
• Strong collaborative skills with internal teams and external stakeholders—government, industry, academia, civil society, and subject matter experts.
• Prior exposure to digital markets, AI, or technology-driven competition issues.
• Ownership of projects, comfort working under tight deadlines.
• A growth mindset with a long-term commitment to building impact.
